McGraw is in Hawaii and while at a party, one of the guests, Charles Soong, is murdered by a poisoned dart from a blow gun. Soong was a partner in the Southern Cross Trading Company. The other two partners, Dillon Brent and Yohiko Ross were also at the party as were Brent's girlfriend and Soong's widow.Soon after Soong's funeral, Brent comes to McGraw and shows him a threatening note he received and McGraw agrees to act as his bodyguard. McGraw then receives a threatening note telling him to go home so, of course, he is determined to stay and get to the bottom of Soong's murder. Unusual for a half hour show, there are plenty of suspects. McGraw sorts it all out and the ending is a real corker. This was Barbara Luna's second filmed appearance (as Yohiko Ross) and she was very good in it. Frank Lovejoy, as usual, was superb as McGraw.
