Character error

When Iris is shot, she initially places her hands on her chest but moves them to her abdomen, indicating that is where she had been shot. After the doctor examines her, he says the bullet is close to her heart and he'll have to operate there. The bullet would not have been anywhere near her heart based upon where she had been shot.

Continuity

Vance Skarstedt is referred to as "Officer Dillon" in the narration and by other characters, but he refers to himself as "Officer Larrabee" in one scene. Skarstedt was a regular performer on this series and "Officer Larrabee" was the name of his character in the substantial majority of his appearances.

Revealing mistakes

The narration states that the story takes place on "July 11th", but the characters all wear heavy shirts, jackets, or coats throughout the episode. It is apparent that the filming actually took place during the late fall or winter months.
