I saw this film on documentary film festival "Dokuart" in Bjelovar, Croatia. I must say that it impressed me a lot in spite of it's slow and kinda poetic plot development. It's not the kind of documentary film you'd expected to be, it's very innovative and carries a strong message.
Bam is a city in Iraq which was devastated by a strong earthquake killing about one third of the city population. The movie is about people who survived and their life afterwards and their coping with memories of their loved ones who were killed in the earthquake.
If you have a chance, i would recommend watching it, but watching it with your whole self and trying to imagine to be one of those people who survived that horrors and still have the strength to overcome that and keep living on and on...
(p.s. sorry for my bad English interpretation)
