Nobody is above the law.

Sergeant Cork is called in to investigate the death of Nelly, who was the laundry maid to a wealthy family, found dead in the stables, the Family's coachman had bizarrely slept through her death. Cork faces a challenge from the family, who seem not to care at all for the poor girl's death.

Very good, it's a clever mystery and well acted. I like the setting and characters, Cork has the ability to deal with all of the social classes, I'm sure he's dealing with an upper class family who appear to think they're above the law.

The cast are really great here, Rosalie Crutchley in particular, no stranger to TV dramas, she'd feature in Miss Marple and Midsomer Murders, a real class act.

Enjoyable. 7/10
