Arsène Lupin III has prepared a special birthday party for the love of his life, Fujiko Mine. Unfortunately, she has been kidnapped by the brothers Nanja and Monja, and is now a prize inside the Lucky Safe, on display at the stadium of the tourist country of Karchina. The only way to release her is for Lupin himself to be a living key in the safe's electronic mechanism, but causing certain death by electrocution.
