Storyline

For Fujiko Mine, a romantic night means a flight to the moon. And so her lover Arsène Lupin III decides to make this moonshine fantasy a reality by arranging a flight to the moon. He calculates that with the assistance of Professor Pancho's popcorn machine, an ordinary plane should have just about enough energy to get to the moon and back. However, he faces opposition from an unlikely source. NASA feels that their prestige will be ruined if it is shown that the moon can be reached by an unscientific thief. They take the Professor and his wife into custody in an attempt to stop the launch. But no one can stop Lupin from reaching for the moon and the stars. Written by Tenchi
