A remake of 'Barathiyudu'. The original was far better. The acting by Balakrishna was horrible as usual, and the make up on Simran, to make look about 50 years older than she is, is just really quite bad.

If you've seen 'Barathiyudu', the plot wont be new to you. An old man gets sick of the corruption around him and decides to go around killing people who are corrupt. How's that going to sort out the problem? I'm Not sure.

The fight sequences are boring, and have been lifted from various different movies.

There's a song set in Sydney which is pretty funny, and probably the only good moment in the movie.

If you've got 2.5 hours to kill and want to laugh at the stupidity, then go ahead and watch it.

Funny review. All said and done, why 6/10? Way too highly rated. Should have got 1/10. That's what I gave.

Here is something that many of the reviewers failed to give, one is that Balayya young has got nothing to do with the move at all except for one song where he is praised to be God himself! I mean, I like balayya as a comedian but this takes the cake!!!! Then Simran! Ms. Over-action of the year award goes to Simran for Okka Magaadu. I don't even know why she came back in the first place. And FYI, both Simran and old balayya understand each and every language in India, why? Because they were freedom fighters. YVS should be admitted into a mental asylum before he gets us all the eligibility passes...

OK, now abut the individual characters Nisha Khotari - Except for the navel and some thigh show I simply did not understand why she was there if it were not for balayya's desire...

Anushka - Well, everyone wants a bite of this apple now-a-days and balayya is not the kind who keeps quite...

Balayya (Young) - A 70 year old man who thinks himself to be a teenager. Has no purpose in life except to play with Nisha and ANushka's body!!!

Balayya (old) - Now we are talking. Seen Harry Potter? Loved the seen where Harry transports from one place to another using magic? Well, Balayya old can do the same apparently... Cos whenever there is trouble he appears miraculously!!! He should guard our Chinese border for God's sake!

Simran - Old hag. That describes her presence in the movie.

Villains - You know why they appear in Bal's movies... To get beaten up.

YVS chaudary - God knows what sin I've committed to be born in the same time period as this fellow. But I am getting rid of bad karma by watching his movies.

Comedians - Well you have balayya, what else do you need?

Finally, watch the movie at your own risk, death by laughter is a common cause for so many deaths in balayya move viewers.

Don't google the meaning of the word "cringe" just watch this movie (I mean I am not responsible for your health after watching)

I have nothing to say already the world knows that this is the most cringey movie of all time. Not only that, it contains vulgar scenes with two heroines. How ridiculous!

Firs hings first...this IS A ball krishna movie.So i was a little hesitant first to go and watch it.Then i had to watch it because of all the hype that was given and because the tickets were really freely available on the second day of the films release.So there i was in front oh balayya.The opening scene of ball krishna,the first-song was not really bad.But the whole movie that follows the song is A real comedy.Y vs chowdary the director of this film who happens to be the producer also(god save him).Ball krishna as usually started doing the great Russian circus and even does it in he last scene of he film.The 2 heroines of the film are more like street hookers.And the title song is a marvel with the ground breaking Cg i effects in which ball krishna shows his talent.Finally if u wan o forget about the outside world and laugh heart-fully(for Telugu peoples bad fate),go watch it(at Ur own risk).I cant say more than this pals.My rating -2/10.its just for on man.

one of the worst

Well the first thought i had after finishing(had bought ticket so sat) the movie was anger and pity. Anger on the film unit for producing a movie of this sort and pity on myself for having watched it. Most of the scenes in this movie are copied or shall we say decomposed. There is not even a aspect which can be termed as not being pathetic whether it be the awful story,horrible songs and unbelievable action sequences(you have to see them to believe). If there is anything original it is the action. I mean how can one even think of such unbelievable sequences. This movie took the tollywood industry onto a new low which is tough to break. Well even after reading all this if you are planning to watch this movie then god bless you. You are all set to join the team who made this extraordinarily painful experience possible.

Pathetic movie from pathetic director....no idea how balayya has accepted this moive...any other hero would have kicked the hell out of director...

Really it made me feel to whack my 4G router after watching this terrible movie in my PC.

Nandamuri Balakrishna's Okka Magadu made me feel to whack my 4G router, after watching it on YouTube. This lamer is known for his cringe acting, and this movie substantially proved the depth of the cringe he have. It's a worst plagiarism of Tamil movie Indian. In other words "Okka Magadu" is absolutely disgusting.

Excellent Movie By YVS Chowdary, But it Excelled By Balakrishna Action

This is Superb Action & Adventurous Movie of NBK , Nandamuri Balakrishna, The action of Anushka impressed every one. Nisha Kotari alias Priyanka KOtari shows her boobs nicely to make it superb , but the direction of YVS is some what low.There is more to say about this movie, but i can't explain because u have to see the movie. Superb Hero Superb Heroin Superb Director Superb Music Superb Graphics, this is good movie to see, to hear. If u go with ur lover then she will kiss u on the spot for taking her to such a movie. Balakrishna once again excelled in this movie with his different character as raja ram,as a grand father of another balakrishna.

balayya as bharateeyudu

This film bears a freaky resemblance to the Kamal Hassan starrer 'Bharateeyudu', and one would agree this is not accidental. A revolutionary freedom fighter (balayya senior) resurfaces to fight for a rather contrived cause( that of restoring 'the value of life'). It is painfully obvious that the plot is'nt important, it only exists to elevate the protagonist. Consequently, we see many incomplete characters. The only other fully developed character in the film 'Baby'(Simran) is any weekend movie watcher's nightmare. She not only looks a demented witch, but succeeds admirably in acting like one.

The film has a lot of sleaze courtesy of Anushka and Nisha Kothari, whose job is to embarrass themselves and the viewers in order to establish and reinforce the immense sexual desirability of balayya. This come across in all the 'songs'; also featured in the songs is a dancing balayya with an apparel range that is extremely offensive to the eye.

Most dialogues are so absurd they actually entertain(eg. nenu meesam unna devudni, I am virus). The 'fights' are fun too( one shot in which balayya turns himself 180 degrees and lands on a fully recline Chinese fighter with his head first had me laughing for about half an hour). Thus, there are some rewards for the brave viewer willing to survive Simran.
