Nice idea, but way too short
planktonrules22 January 2009
This is an interesting documentary that features a nice idea but the film is way too short--too short to perhaps have that much attraction for the average viewer. It would really be great if the film could be expanded so that it could satisfy a wider audience.

The film is about people who are considered pretty. As this is a very subjective thing, I was surprised that I looked at each person being interviewed--agreeing to myself that yes they were indeed good looking or wondering why anyone would consider that person attractive. But then, by the end of the film I realized how incredibly shallow this was and how we all are--and in many ways that was the purpose of this film. There's of course more to it than that--including how being considered pretty could be burdensome. Compelling, but way too short.
