I absolutely LOVE this show. Although, it is not in English, i really recommend this to Hispanics as I am in my background. It is a struggle of a mom trying to protect her son that she hasn't seen since he was kidnapped from her arms when he was born. She'll protect her son even if it means the hateness of her son. With lies unrevealed, she have and has to face a lot of hate of people and lies. There are killers out to get her. Killers who want money and revenge. She comes face to face with death. She struggles for love. She also struggles for her kids. This is a show that will impact, and show a woman's love of a son and her one unforgettable love of her life. It's a show you must see.

Non-sense Ugly Long Novela

Warning: Spoilers
I would give 1 out of 10 point for this novela. I admit that i didn't watch the 1st part of this serial but I followed in the middle until ending and I'm really disappointed.

This serial told a poor girl (Marina) who was then found out as a part of a rich family and fell in love with a rich guy (Ricardo), much same like "Maria de la Bario" (Cast. Thalia, Fernando Colunga). They married and started a family but when Marina gave a birth to a son (Chui), a bad guy kidnapped her son then she and her husband adopted a daughter (Patty). Years pass marina reunited with her son and Chui ended up being together with Patty and Marina and Ricardo being together again after all the problems solved and the villain was buried alive.

Yet the story is not as simple as that, the story seems so not make sense because the bad guy being forgiven so easily and even marina's character here was being very stupid-kind-hearted person which impossible to happen in a real world. The story to drag-on like the production didn't care about the budget and shot any unnecessary scenes which was actually waste of time and cost. The male lead character (ricardo) was too weakling and wishy washy, not bright like Fernando Colunga's character when he was acting in Maria De La Bario or other male leads character in other Televisa serials.

I should admit that nowadays there are no serials as good as the old days (1990s) where Thalia became one of the Queen of the telenovela or when "La Madrastra" became a hit, I miss a good telenovela which is not wasting of time and direct to the point like Televisa telenovelas.
