Oh, where to begin? Basically "Tim and Eric Awesome show, Great Job!" is some of the funniest stuff I've seen since "Kids in the Hall" and "the State" albeit with a decidedly zanier and psychedelic slant. It is easily the most quotable comedy show The episodes are about 12 minute long and consist of several short-form skits, occasionally self-referential to each other so each episode has a central theme or in-joke. It is comedy with the ADHD sensibilities of the electronic generation who were weaned in the 1980s on bad infomercial and laughable production values. In fact inane commercials and poor production quality are often jokes in and of themselves.
In my experience of sharing "T&E" (as my friends and I call it) among others, there is very much a polarized response. People either find it side-splittingly funny or simply don't get it. There is very little middle ground.
