"It feels rather good . . . "

Warning: Spoilers
" . . . like you're an angel, with wings," states early James Bond series aerial photographer Johnny Jordan. He said this shortly before he fell to his death trying to film CATCH-22, a non-Bond flick. Like the crocodile stalking Captain Hook in Peter Pan, Death already had acquired a taste for Mr. Jordan during the filming of Eon Production's fifth Bond flick, YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE. Johnny nearly died after a helicopter blade chopped off one of his legs in a mid-air collision. But Mr. Jordan used his second life to pick up where he'd left off in his first, filming from the sky above the Swiss Alps for the sixth Agent 007 adventure, ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE. Without telling "the rest of the story," ABOVE IT ALL serves to highlight Mr. Jordan's triumphant return to doing what he did best. But if a screenwriter wrote his quote (presented as my summary), it would seem like heavy-handed foreshadowing straight out of the FINAL DESTINATION movies franchise.
