Short existential piece on the nature of a man's tattooed history
13 February 2007 | by See all my reviews

I need to see this movie again, but I loved it at first viewing. I saw it at Sundance, and was impressed on a levels: technical, artistry, music, story, animation style, humor, and intelligence.

It's a short animated piece. If you like blue collar, rock n roll, existentialism, then this is for you.

I does contain nudity, and I think swearing too. The animation is hilarious and so is the timing. The piece leaves you wanting more but not more than the film offers. It's not lacking if that's what you're thinking.

Life is rough. The skin is a map to a person's soul. We all have a story. For Bobby, some of that story is charted on his skin. Now I want a beer.
