Sex & Nudity

Women wear bikinis around a swimming pool. There is discussion of prostitution. A topless woman performs a pole dance for a man. (lasts less than 4 seconds)

Prostitution and prostitutes is a pervasive theme throughout this movie.

Violence & Gore

Shootings. Several scenes involve one man roughing up or beating up on another man. A dead body is show in the morgue. A woman gets shot in the chest.

Numerous scenes depicting graphic violence; bloody fighting, assault with a baseball bat, assault with a handgun and, as mentioned above, a close-up slow motion scene of a woman getting shot in the chest. A man is shot several times in the chest.

One scene that shows a dead man lying in a pool of blood, another scene depicting the decomposed body of a woman in a barrel.

Profanity

Maybe 2 dozen F words (mostly by John Goodman). Otherwise fairly clean.

Drinking is shown. A man admits to being a alcoholic
