Admiral Adama orders that nuclear missile tubes "4 through 10" be loaded, and the CIC reacts as if they're complying. That's tubes for seven missiles, but in the first season when Adama provided a nuclear warhead to Dr. Baltar, he said it was 1 of only 5, which would have left only 4 remaining. Possible reasons for the discrepancy would be that he lied to Balter, a civilian, about how many warheads were aboard the Galactica, that they transferred additional warheads from the Pegasus (off camera) before it's destruction, or that some of the nuclear missiles were nothing more than missiles which could carry a warhead but did not have one loaded.
As in The Eye of Jupiter (2006) the scenes on the planet Algae in this episode were filmed in Kamloops, British Columbia, off East Shuswap Road. The location was chosen for its distinctive geological features like the hoodoos (tall, thin spires of rock of varying thickness said to resemble a totem pole). Kamloops (in south-central British Columbia) is relatively close to Vancouver, where most scenes of the series are filmed.
