This short film is about an asthmatic guy who delivers office mail. However, his rather bizarre boss tells him that the company needs to fire one of the two mailboys. And, to determine which one, they'll have a race--loser loses his job. Oddly, neither of these guys quit the job but showed up for the race. During the race, the asthmatic naturally had some trouble breathing but his biggest problem is that the other guy played very rough AND rubbed it in his face by doing a victory celebration as he neared the finish line. In many ways, the story is like the old tale of "The Tortoise and the Hare". The problem for me was that although it's reasonably well made, the film just seemed to have no particular payoff. The guys race and one of them loses but there doesn't seem to be much more of a payoff than this--or am I perhaps missing something?
