Storyline

Poor Rick. He just saw his neighbor killed by a hit-and-run driver, and he's got it in his head that he has to move on to the next stage of his life, before it's too late. To Rick, that means marriage and a family, but when you don't even have a girlfriend, your social circle consists mainly of the people you work with, and they're all nuts, what's a guy to do? If only professionals got a hold of this film
25 April 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I watched this at a friend's house and thought "If Jack Black and maybe Collin Hanks starred in this film, it might not be half bad." But even for an independent, local, production, this movie is an utter disaster from start to finish with maybe one or two redeeming qualities. First of all, have the main stars ever seen a movie before? Watching this was like reading middle school poetry. They think they are awesome and write like they are awesome, but anyone can see that it is utter, useless, meaningless, garbage. Despite its many, many, many, many downsides, there were one or two things enjoyable. There is a scene where a character gets urinated on that the viewers can relate to because that is how you feel when you are watching this movie. But the only truly enjoyable parts, that could have saved the movie to a 4 maybe instead of a 2 if they were featured more, were the office militia guys who were actually pretty hilarious, especially the Dylan guy (hopefully this Bryan Ginn gets recognized one day). A movie featuring those two might make up for the brain cells I lost watching this one.
