OK tale of greed & envy
24 October 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This movie's like one of those works of art you may not like much the first time you see, but your appreciation accumulates over time. Everyone here has tricks up their sleeve, and Ron is smarter then he seems on the surface. Or at least more strategic. Ronnie's actions seem to be the key to the events that unfold, and by the time the movie's over, you'll see that his actions are the ones that got you there. He, like Dina, has always wanted an escape from dire straights. Paul and Maria, the other couple, have always yearned for a child (and appear equally desperate). Narrating the film from the get-go, Dina hitches a ride with an old man, who does a decent job as the overly curious spectator/devil's advocate. At the start, Dina describes her relationship with Ronnie, and their ongoing cash struggles. Overall, Hindsight (with it's selfish characters) has some surprises and enough intense/shocking scenes. Quite frankly, you could do a lot worse, as far as psychological thrillers go.
