Best of Late Night TV: Jimmy Fallon Rides Bald James McAvoy, Jesse Eisenberg's Vegan 'Thanksliving'

11 November 2015 11:14 PM, PST | Moviefone | See recent Moviefone news »

If you're like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's the best of what happened last night on late night.

On Tuesday, Daniel Radcliffe was on "The Tonight Show" playing Water War, and on Wednesday his "Victor Frankenstein" co-star James McAvoy gave Jimmy Fallon a ride on his shoulders. Fallon clearly has the best job ever. Both James and DanRad shaved their heads for different movies. James said his wife kinda likes his bald head and his son likes it because, when he rides on James's shoulders, he can rub the spikes on his head. So James asked Jimmy if he'd like to try it. Let us all try! Although, it is slightly creepy to see Fallon gleefully rubbing McAvoy's head like that.

Then they showed how James would »

Conan O’Brien Is Filming an Episode in Armenia

12 October 2015 2:45 PM, PDT | Vulture | See recent Vulture news »

Conan O'Brien is taking his show on the road again. And by "the road," we mean the road to the airport, at which he'll catch an airplane that will take him somewhere. This time the somewhere is Armenia, the ancestral home of O'Brien's assistant Sona Movsesian. (This will be her first time there, too.) Last February, O'Brien filmed an episode in Cuba that was well-received, both critically and in the ratings. The Armenia episode will air on November 10. Because of the episode, economists estimate, in 2015, Armenia's chief import will be Kardashian jokes. Sorry, petroleum! »

Watch Jay Leno Return to 'Tonight Show' to Deliver Monologue

7 October 2015 6:29 AM, PDT | Rollingstone.com | See recent Rolling Stone news »

Jimmy Fallon pulled a hamstring midway through The Tonight Show monologue Tuesday, but thankfully there was someone in the building who could serve as emergency substitute. Jay Leno returned to the show where he spent over 20 years as host to deliver a five-minute monologue of political humor.

"The election is getting nasty. Ralph Nader called Hillary a corporatist and a militarist. Isn't that incredible … Ralph Nader still alive," Leno joked. Leno also called a presidential showdown between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump the battle "between the Tortoise and the Bad Hair, »

Bettany Bitchslaps Statham Over Diss

16 September 2015 7:33 AM, PDT | Dark Horizons | See recent Dark Horizons news »

Action star Jason Statham has previously expressed his lack of affection for Marvel's various superhero films, so much so that he actively spoke about his dislike in a British tabloid saying the stunt doubles are doing most of the work with the other actors "just sitting in their trailers".

Now, J.A.R.V.I.S. and The Vision actor Paul Bettany has stood up for the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a recent appearance on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show. Bettany was asked about Statham's comments and said:

"I try and do as many of the stunts as I can, myself. But there are times when it's too dangerous or it's too tricky, and even the producer says, 'This is too dangerous and tricky for you.' You know, potentially, he should maybe think about investing in like an acting double.

Avengers Star Paul Bettany Reckons Jason Statham Should Get Himself An "Acting Double"

16 September 2015 5:23 AM, PDT | ComicBookMovie.com | See recent ComicBookMovie news »

Back in June, Jason Statham - who was said to be in the running to play Bullseye on season 2 of Daredevil at the time - riled up a lot of Marvel fans with his comments during a video interview. The Crank 2 actor said he "could take my grandma and put her in a cape, and then put her in a greenscreen, and then have stunt doubles come in and do all the action. Anybody can do it." Old-school action movie fans can probably identify somewhat with the point Statham was making, and so does Paul Bettany - but he couldn't help taking a little jab of his own when appearing on the Conan O'Brien show. "He's brilliant at what he does - I couldn't do it. I try to do as many of the stunts as I can, but there are times when it's too dangerous or it's too tricky. »

These two. Every so often, a perfectly matched pair enters our mortal orbit. You know, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford, Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter, Crockett and Tubbs, Milo and Otis... And we can count Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan among the chosen duos! We were reminded of how it's the little things (and facial expressions) that matter earlier today when Strahan accidentally gave away a trip because he jumped the gun with a call-in contestant. The moment could have been really awkward, but... Oh heck, it was really awkward, and the fact that Ripa was there to make him feel both better and just a little bit more like a »

The Hunger Games 5

"The Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson may have gotten into trouble during an interview with Conan O'Brien last night. There have been rumors about Lionsgate potentially continuing the franchise beyond "Mockingjay Part 2" in some way, though it's not sure how.

O'Brien asked if they'd heard anything to which Hutchinson started saying: "There is..." before covering his mouth and then saying "I'm sorry, I can't say that. We'll see what happens" as a wide-eyed Jennifer Lawrence looked on. O'Brien pressed him further but nothing more came out. [Source: Team Coco]

Best of Late Night TV: Slow Jam the News with Jeb Bush, Donald Trump Game Show, Oitnb Star Sings 'Fame'

17 June 2015 12:30 AM, PDT | Moviefone | See recent Moviefone news »

If you're like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's the best of what happened last night on late night.

And so it begins -- the serious presidential push, with more and more candidates getting air time on late-night, either in person to mock themselves or to be mocked by the hosts from afar. Republican candidates Jeb Bush and Donald Trump were both featured in (somewhat) amusing political sketches Tuesday night: "The Tonight Show" welcomed Jeb in person, and "The Late Late Show" had a sketch poking fun at Trump's announcement speech. The Donald was not there in the flesh, but it's only a matter of time before the new White House hopeful stumps on late-night himself.

Jimmy Fallon revived his "Slow Jam the News" segment, this time with Jeb Bush on backup. »

10 classic Tfi Friday moments, from Shaun Ryder swearing to Freak or Unique

In 1996, Chris Evans and Danny Baker launched a show that would become as synonymous with 1990s as the Spice Girls and Eric Cantona.

Tfi Friday was the perfect show of its time, airing every Friday evening on Channel 4 and featuring as much Britpop and silly anarchic humour as you could ask for.

Ahead of its one-off comeback show this Friday (June 12), Digital Spy has collected just some of the most memorable and hilarious moments from its five years on air.

1. Shaun Ryder says "f**k" on live TV. In front of your mum.

Pity Chris Evans. With a mouth dodgier than the bizarre moustache he was sporting at the time, it was always going to be something of a liability bringing indie music's chief party-monster Shaun Ryder onto a family show that aired at just 6pm.

"If you don't swear tonight, I'll give you my shoes!" promised Evans, only »

Celebrities and politicians, including President Barack Obama, have turned out in waves to support and congratulate Caitlyn Jenner for her bravery and Vanity Fair cover, but late-night talk show hosts have done the opposite.
