Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan Continue to Be the Perfect Couple—See Their Best Live! Moments!

28 July 2015 5:12 PM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

These two. Every so often, a perfectly matched pair enters our mortal orbit. You know, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford, Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter, Crockett and Tubbs, Milo and Otis... And we can count Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan among the chosen duos! We were reminded of how it's the little things (and facial expressions) that matter earlier today when Strahan accidentally gave away a trip because he jumped the gun with a call-in contestant. The moment could have been really awkward, but... Oh heck, it was really awkward, and the fact that Ripa was there to make him feel both better and just a little bit more like a »

McCrabb says Nolan has finished a "comprehensive draft" of the screenplay for the. Sadly there's no further details available. [Source: Twitter]

The Hunger Games 5

"The Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson may have gotten into trouble during an interview with Conan O'Brien last night. There have been rumors about Lionsgate potentially continuing the franchise beyond "Mockingjay Part 2" in some way, though it's not sure how.

O'Brien asked if they'd heard anything to which Hutchinson started saying: "There is..." before covering his mouth and then saying "I'm sorry, I can't say that. We'll see what happens" as a wide-eyed Jennifer Lawrence looked on. O'Brien pressed him further but nothing more came out. [Source: Team Coco]

Best of Late Night TV: Slow Jam the News with Jeb Bush, Donald Trump Game Show, Oitnb Star Sings 'Fame'

17 June 2015 12:30 AM, PDT | Moviefone | See recent Moviefone news »

If you're like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's the best of what happened last night on late night.

And so it begins -- the serious presidential push, with more and more candidates getting air time on late-night, either in person to mock themselves or to be mocked by the hosts from afar. Republican candidates Jeb Bush and Donald Trump were both featured in (somewhat) amusing political sketches Tuesday night: "The Tonight Show" welcomed Jeb in person, and "The Late Late Show" had a sketch poking fun at Trump's announcement speech. The Donald was not there in the flesh, but it's only a matter of time before the new White House hopeful stumps on late-night himself.

Jimmy Fallon revived his "Slow Jam the News" segment, this time with Jeb Bush on backup. »

10 classic Tfi Friday moments, from Shaun Ryder swearing to Freak or Unique

9 June 2015 9:00 AM, PDT | Digital Spy | See recent Digital Spy - TV news news »

In 1996, Chris Evans and Danny Baker launched a show that would become as synonymous with 1990s as the Spice Girls and Eric Cantona.

Tfi Friday was the perfect show of its time, airing every Friday evening on Channel 4 and featuring as much Britpop and silly anarchic humour as you could ask for.

Ahead of its one-off comeback show this Friday (June 12), Digital Spy has collected just some of the most memorable and hilarious moments from its five years on air.

1. Shaun Ryder says "f**k" on live TV. In front of your mum.

Pity Chris Evans. With a mouth dodgier than the bizarre moustache he was sporting at the time, it was always going to be something of a liability bringing indie music's chief party-monster Shaun Ryder onto a family show that aired at just 6pm.

"If you don't swear tonight, I'll give you my shoes!" promised Evans, only »

Late-Night Hosts Are Already Making Jokes About Caitlyn Jenner's Appearance, but Seth Meyers Commends Her Bravery

2 June 2015 10:28 AM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

Celebrities and politicians, including President Barack Obama, have turned out in waves to support and congratulate Caitlyn Jenner for her bravery and Vanity Fair cover, but late-night talk show hosts have done the opposite. (With the release of her Vanity Fair cover on June 1, Caitlyn has chosen to publicly identify as a woman and E! News will refer to her using female pronouns. In stories published prior to this date, Caitlyn was referred to as Bruce and male pronouns were used.) With exception to Seth Meyers, who only praised Jenner for her courage, Jimmy Fallon, Conan O'Brien and Jimmy Kimmel decided to mock her for her appearance in the magazine spread. Joel McHale Is Ready for Community to Hit the Big Screen

Joel McHale wants you and Conan O'Brien to know that he's ready for a Community movie, but only if he gets billions of dollars. Also, only if Dan Harmon writes the project. Both of those things should be totally manageable, especially if there's a Kickstarter or Indiegogo involved. (We just want McHale to be able to build his evil lair. Good cause.) »

Conan O'Brien, best boss in the world, decided it was a good idea to be a lunatic and terrorize his staff with fake performance reviews. Really, this ends up being a throw–Jordan Schlansky–under-the-bus fest, which is at once hilarious and unfortunate because he's a legend and a treasure. Most important, though, Al Roker (kind of) makes a surprise guest appearance here, dressed up as a lot of different important people. Enjoy. »

Conan, Conan Writer Tweet About Late-Night Drama

19 April 2015 11:28 PM, PDT | Vulture | See recent Vulture news »

Last week, Andrés du Bouchet, one of Conan O'Brien's writers, took to Twitter to vent some of his feelings about the state of late-night comedy. It wasn't exactly pretty, and some of the tweets (almost all of which have now been deleted) criticized the current practice of linking random celebrity to comedy, among other things. Oh, and yes, if you're wondering, there was definitely a screw-lip-synching tweet. (Sorry, Fallon.) Uproxx saved some of the mini-missives, and over the weekend, Bouchet's rant gained traction, as well as detractors — the most significant, his boss, O'Brien, which makes for an auspicious start to this week in late-night.Here are some of du Bouchet's now-deleted tweets: Comedy in 2015 needs a severe motherfucking shakeup. No celebrities, no parodies, no pranks, no mash-ups or hashtag wars. I’m fat. and shove your lip-synching up your ass. Prom King Comedy. That’s what I call all this shit. »
