Storyline

Magazine/newspaper cartoonist Jefferson Machamer spoofing studio-murder mystery films with several bodies being found in various places in his studio as he works desperately to finish a magazine cover within 35 minutes by the clock. The bevy of cops arrive in the form of beautiful girls wearing short-shorts. As he works frantically at his easel to finish the poster girl, the sergeant of the police squad is constantly dragging him away for questioning as her "policemen" discover another scantily-clad corpse. Finally he and the female "policemen" go to a nightclub where Machamer has a sketching-bit with a waiter just before he wakes up from a horrible dream.
