With Gripper suspended, Denny Rees is labelled "Igor", and derided by his classmates. Claire's mother has a good talk with Stewpot's father while waiting to see Mrs. McClusky, and they end up united against Mrs. McClusky's severe suspension of their children. Glenroy has a go at Randir for inciting trouble with Gripper. Denny speaks to Mr. McGuffy about his reluctant position as Stebson's sidekick, and how he'd like to start with a clean slate. Suzanne and Claire want to publish a second issue of their magazine, but need someone to get a new stash of paper. Mr. McGuffy asks the girls if they'd show some forgiveness to Denny Rees, but the girls use this as an opportunity - they get Denny to do their dirty work, and take the paper to the print room. Unfortunately, they reckon without his clumsiness, and Rees is caught en-route. Mrs. McClusky worms out the truth, but it's McGuffy who's in her sights, and she is convinced he's had a major hand in creating the magazine. Suzanne, Christine ... Written by Geffers
