The Disaster Movie of animation

And I thought Titanic:The Animated Movie, Doogal and Secret of NIMH 2 were bad. And they are, really bad. But after seeing Spider's Web:A Pig's Tale on YouTube, I think I have finally found an animation that is worse than either of these, it's that bad. Its sole redeeming value is the novelty you get in its awfulness, and you only notice that if you are in a good mood.

Spider's Web:A Pig's Tale is very short at less than an hour, and while I didn't mind it being that short, the pace is very uneven. In some scenes it feels rushed, at other times you feel as though you are riding on the back of the snail.

The animation is pretty much dreadful. The colours are dull and the backgrounds are really uninspired, but the character designs on every single character are hideous. The music is forgettable and annoying too, while the writing is even worse than the animation, with any attempts at humour falling as flat as a pancake.

The characters are incredibly irritating, and none of them are likable in any way. Walt especially is so annoying you want to strangle him. The voices are a big part of the problem, most of it is horrendous, with the actors overplaying their parts and using voices that really grate. The story is predictable and filled with moments where I found myself effing and blinding at the computer screen, some of which have been observed in a previous review.

All in all, terrible. It has a good enough message, but it is not very fresh and not incorporated very well into the story. 0/10 Bethany Cox

Wow is this awful. Appalling visuals, bad voice overs, and an awful message to kids that is poorly executed.

It involves Walt the pig, who is invited to be an actor in Viperwood. Along the way, he must learn many lessons, like: Don't turn on the TV, or else it will try to kill you. Or: Don't lie about aliens taking your mothers pie.

There are many WTF moments. Like when Walt turns on the TV, and then all the sudden, it comes to life and attempts to eat him! Where did this come from, and what since does it make? None. And apparently, Viperwood is supposed to Hollywood. But they never tell you that!

The voices are awful. Walton, who is supposed to be 11, sounds like a 45-year-old woman. And you can also hear the actors breathing on the microphones. And that German wasp? He never shuts up!

This movie makes Delgo or Doogal look like Toy Story 3 or How To Train Your Dragon. And the overall lesson is: Don't Lie. But this lesson is SO poorly executed and stated, it hurts.

This is the worst animated movie I have ever seen in my entire life!

Omg where do I begin.First of all the animation looks like it was done by a high school student on drugs.Nothing in this film looks finished and everything just looks clunky and awkward.Oh and the characters.Every single character in this movie is completely unlikable especially Walt who by the way is supposed to be cute.He's disrespectful,selfish,stupid,a horrible liar,lazy and we're supposed to find him adorable but really we just wanna punch him in his poorly rendered face.All the other characters suck too.His mom for example just lets Walt leave his home possibly forever without even thinking about it.Worst.Parent.Ever and the spiders are meant to be like his moral teachers but they treat everyone around them horribly even Walt.Also there's so many weird things in this movie you'll wonder if the people who made this were on drugs.For example when Walt and his unlikable friends decide to spend the night in a motel room owned by aliens the mother alien tells them not to turn on the T.V,the snake turns it on anyway and it turns into a monster and tries to eat them.Yeah you just read that right.Also the plot is stupid too.A snake takes Walt to Viperwood and tries to make him a star.After it's been clearly shown that the snake is a bad person Walt decides to stick with him anyway because he's so desperate for fame.This is meant to be our protagonist people.By the end of the film we found out the only reason he wanted Walt was because he wanted to slaughter him and make sausages out of him.Why didn't he just bring him to the slaughter house in the first place then?This movie tries to teach kids not to lie but the moral is executed so badly it will just confuse them.Overall that's all I think I need to say about this miserable piece of filth but I don't want to keep you reading too long.This really is the worst animated film I have ever seen,hands down no comparison, and I beg you not to watch it because I really don't want you to waste your time

Reusing the same snake model for thirty different characters is a brilliant way to maximize efficiency, as well as not bothering to rig, light, texture, model, or animate anything properly. I don't know why this movie was ever shown on TV, it's quite possibly the worst thing I have ever seen on television screen. So much so that I felt compelled to write a bad review of it. I don't know if there is any point in criticizing specific elements of this Spider Pig Snake thing as every element of it is horrible. If there is any value in this film it may be in the novelty of its awfulness. I hope that whoever is responsible for this either quits or gets about a thousand times better at making films.

God-Awful

This is one of the worst animated movies I have ever had the displeasure of viewing. The animation looks awful, the voice acting is horrendous, and the plot is just some Saturday morning PSA extended into a fifty minute movie. The moral this movie is obviously trying to teach children is to not lie, but the way it's executed is just so poorly done children won't even know what it is they're supposed to be learning from it. If you see this movie at your local film store and consider renting it, you'll be better off driving to a river, finding some tadpoles and sitting there watching them grow without ever taking your eyes off them. It's about as entertaining as watching this pointless drivel, and it'll save you a few bucks while you're at it.

You know, the plot is even worse and completely different from the original movie called "Charlotte's Web" They were so bad enough to not add the mane on the horses, The design is really cheap and unappealing. The pig's name was Walt (Copied from a famous cartoonist name called Walt Disney) The animation is really terrifying, Even worse than Foodfight! They even used the same snake model. All awful and terrible movies and shows should have a 1.0 instead, The voice acting is really bad that you can hear the actors breathing. Every time Walt sings a song, It's really annoying and stupid! I'm sure it's Video Brinquedo in disguise. If you want to watch something better than this, Watch "Ratatouille" or "Cars". I was mistaken if it's Charlotte's web, This is a mock buster. Do not watch this knock-off for the sake of your lives.

And How come it doesn't have a profile on TV.com? Somebody on that site should make a profile on there. IMDb should allow us to rate it 0 instead of a 1.0, They have ripped off the following movies: Bee movie, Cars, Cars 2, Ratatouille, Kung Fu panda, A bug's life, UP, Charlotte's web (If that counts), Robots, Monsters vs. Aliens, Princess and the frog, Pinocchio, Alice in wonderland, Snow white, and The Disney Princess franchise (YES THEY RIPPED IT OFF). Correct me if i'm wrong people, Wow these bastards aren't even trying to be original and deserve to be arrested. How come they didn't get sued for over $10,000!? There are other mock busters here like Tappy toes (Google it, it's a rip off of Happy feet) I wouldn't be even surprised if this rip off gets into netflix, or anything like that. Whatever you do, Do NOT watch this. I'm serious. The character's are annoying and have problems, None of them are likable. Not even a single one. If Spark Plug Entertainment is Video Brinquedo, Then I don't know what to say something about how awful this abomination is.

Yes we get that it's sending the message to tell the truth and don't lie, But they are just teaching it the wrong way instead. I feel sorry for the voice actors who been forced to work on this garbage, There is spanking involved in this movie. That seems not appropriate on a kid's movie, The part where the explosive effect goes on Walt and simply files off. So that proves that the animators are awful and should be FIRED, The backgrounds and it's effects are TERRIBLE and LAZY. I'm totally sure that Walt is really bad at rapping, Watch Gordy instead even I didn't watch it Through.

i hate this movie more than ever i don't like bad cgi and food fight is better than this. This horrible film makes food fight look like The greatest film ever made.

this movie is horrible it is worse than most mock buster animated films. The only true animation I like is anime such as ghost in the shell, ninja scroll and Akira which are great films. This movie sucks horribly more than anything I've ever seen.

Bottom line is this movie was an abomination of animated movies. There are far better animated films than this.

God awful

I really wish there was a rating lower than a 1, because this movie is just that awful. Just what makes this movie so bad that not even small children would like it? Annoying protagonist: Walt is probably the most irritating lead character I'V seen in my life. Sure, you can easily argue that he's annoying because he's been spoil-ed and pampered for all his life; which makes it semi-understandable. However, I have seen leads in similar situations who actually managed to pull it off without seeming annoying and at least semi-likable; Walt is not. Walt has no redeemable traits whatsoever which makes the audience want to strangle him rather than hug him.

Bad voice acting: I might have been able to stand the characters a little better had it not been for the horrid voices. The only voice I could stand somewhat was Venom's, and she sounded like a stereotypical teen aged girlie-girl which actually says something about the atrocious cast. I looked over the credits and it turns out there were only five voice actors, which explains quite a bit but is not excusable. Walt sounds way too quite and high pitched. The horses... were they TRYING to make a British accent? The hen was too high pitched as well. The mother's was alright, but everything she said had the exact same tone of voice. The spiders... WTF?! The snakes were semi-bearable, but not by a lot. The alien... things, both drove me nuts during the five minutes they were there.

Half-Assad animation: Give the plot and script to someone who actually knows how to animate and this movie might'V been better, but not by a lot. If you cannot even animate your characters walking then there's something dreadfully wrong here. Not to mention there are plenty of half Assad animation. That explosion scene? Worst I'V ever seen.

Storyline: So basically its about a pampered and spoil-ed piglet who eats his mother's cherry pie and breaks her favourite pot then refuses to tell her the truth about it. Then a snake comes along and promises the pig that he will make the pig's "talents" (or lack thereof) known to the world; when in reality he just wants pork chops. It all backfires when the spiders and wasp (who wishes he was a bee) saves him from the slaughter house.

Mind you, the moral is important: you shouldn't lie, which is a good lesson to children. However, there are tons of other children's films that I'd recommend for that lesson where the moral is settle.

I'd rather have a mountain lion defecate into my hand...

I'd rather a mountain lion sh*t into my hand and use that mucus- covered feces to paint hand paintings and hieroglyphics before swallowing a pair of megalodon teeth than watch this heap of c*nt juice.

This movie was a refreshing experience which gave me a new and more profound perspective on life.

Before watching the movie, I had trouble dealing with all of my life problems: my dad was an alcoholic who would beat my mother and me up every evening prior to shoving three champagne bottles up our assholes, I had no job, I lived with my parents in a run-down shack near a foul-smelling river and my pet glass jar had died. However, upon viewing Walter Pembroke the Third's riveting tale about his misadventures in Viperwood, I was blessed with a solution to all my woes which must have originated from Jesus H Christ himself - suicide. I no longer fear the adversities which plague me, for I am liberated by the awe-inspiring journey of a young pig and his friends.

Before I go and shove my penis into a living, breathing meat grinder (my chosen way of ending my miserable existence), I'd like to note that the musical numbers in the film are amazing. Walt's raps, though slightly inferior in quality to the magna opera of masters such as Tupac and Eminem, are on par with those from connoisseurs such as SupaHotFire, BBone and Riley Reid. I would also like to commend the film on its excellent visual design which did not induce me to regurgitate the lobster meal I had for dinner 2 years and 5 months ago, for its attention to detail and aesthetic taste are simply stunning.

Overall comments:

If I met true evil, if a guy sets fire to my car, took a sh*t in my shoes, milked my dogs without their consent and stepped on my thumb, I would still hope that that man would never have to view this "movie" in his life.

A film for the ages!

Appropriate for almost any age, but it will be spoiled if you don't get the message! This is truly a masterpiece, and, if you choose to watch it, you will know the basic gist of Soviet Russia and totalitarianism, both incredibly complex issues, in less than a full day! I was amazed by the sheer magnitude of the message and the many layers waiting to be unraveled. If your child wants to watch this movie, it's your call whether to let them or not, but be warned! If you watch without knowing what it's about, the magic of this incredible piece will be lost! They will walk away confused and wondering what the point is. This movie is not at all disturbing, especially for young children. Now, I know you're thinking, "What?", but it's true! Young children (minor spoiler) probably won't even know what the glue factory is, and the most disturbing part is that, even though this seems incredibly dystopian, it has happened in real life-several times! In conclusion, if you think your child is ready, suggest and encourage them to watch this amazing masterpiece!

Stupids web: A prickly tale.

This movie has nothing. Absolutely Nothing!

The story is completely bonkers and makes no sense. So, this gullible idiot of a pig called Walt is a lying little jerk. By the way, no one's likeable, he's a moron, the spiders are annoying and only appear to make Charlotte's web, the snakes suck, the bee is a horrible stereotype and this random swatted appears. The animation is also terrible. The pigs look like flesh monsters, the spiders are circles with sticks, every snake is the same, the duck looks like beans and the horses have no manes/tails. Also, his cast was the same colour as his skin when he's in hospital.

Don't watch. If you do, welcome to Satan.

You know when you were a kid and you ask your rich grandparents for something cool like a LEGO set or a game, only to find out that they, in their ignorance, bought a terrible sort of bootlegged product that might seem similar if you close your eyes and turn your head 180 degrees? This is like that, but worse. At least Grandma Beth (bless her) meant well, she just didn't know what she was really looking for. Grandpa Ernie might have thought he was getting what you asked, even though he was misled by the promise of making his grandchildren happy. This movie, on the other hand, didn't make that effort. With all the (probably) six different models used throughout the entire movie, delivery of a dying fax machine, and plot that can only be described as inspired by hard drugs, it's more like a negligent alcoholic mother who throws generic gifts at her screaming children to get them to shut up so she can enjoy her smokes in peace. I normally don't like being too harsh (even The Room was an effort) but I'm not sure what to think of this.

This makes Foodfight! look like Lion King

This movie is the worst animated movie. Cars 2 is decent, Minions has a point to explain their origin, Foodfight has some quality, like some good voice actors, and its somewhat good if you're drunk. But this movie is like if you had been Jason Todd and then slowly had your head pounded in with a spiky hammer and can never die. The mixed messages, the dumb characters, the single digit IQ of the characters, the stupid things that happen. The animation is like if Foodfight was mentally ill. This company shouldn't exist. Even the Little Panda Fighter has something, its incompetent and you'll most likely have a chuckle when you're drunk. This has nothing, except the have shadows. But that's nothing when even the Foodfight is more colorful and crazy. If you want to see this, then watch it on Youtube. But I recommend against it, even if you are suicidal.

If you loved 2006's CHARLOTTE'S WEB, you must skip this one!!!

As I said in other reviews, there are many movie companies that make mockbusters (cheap copies of movies loved by the public) and unfortunately there are also in the animated movie industry.

This is probably, along with DALMATIANS 3, the worst animated mockbuster ever made. It's made by Spark Plug entertainment, another company well known for making horrid animated knock-offs. These movies have no redeeming qualities at all: they are badly animated, badly dubbed, garishly colored and a chore to finish.

As I said in the summary, this garbage was made for capitalize on the success of the live action version of CHARLOTTE'S WEB. While that is a cute, tear-jerking and well made movie, this movie is a totally unwatchable, grating and incompetently (and cluelessly) made disaster of a movie. And if you think that this movie's plot is identical to CHARLOTTE'S WEB, you are totally wrong. Yes, not only they made a disaster of a rip-off, but it's clear that they didn't even tried to make it similar to the original.

The plot focuses on a pig that ends up following a snake that, much like the cat and the fox in PINOCCHIO, does everything possible in order to ruin the pig and letting him do lots of dumb things.

The CGI is probably the worst that I have ever seen (even worse than FOODFIGHT) and it looks like it was made at least two decades earlier than 2006 (before the rise of studios like Pixar and Dreamworks). Often lips are not synchronised and the characters' design is ugly to look at. The soundtrack is grating, and the characters (especially the lead) are so annoying that you want to run over them with a car rather than watching them, they are so untolerable, badly animated and written!

Overall, I strongly recommend to avoid this movie like poison. Even fans of the schlock would feel at the end of the watch very angry and frustratred. And don't say I didn't warned you!

I just saw this movie on YouTube months ago and it was heller terrible! All I can say is "Dafuq is this?!" This movie is so unspeakably awful, I couldn't last 3 minutes through this boring movie. And I can't even come up with 10 lines to describe this atrocious disgrace because I only watched 2 and a half minutes of it. It's so boring, you'd fall asleep after the first 3 minutes of it. It's so stupid, the creators are literally 8 years old for how awful the animation of this stupid, stupid movie is. I guarantee you, if this gains any more 1/10s, this will be rated 1/10 like Biebermania! because this fell, yeah, it actually fell from 1.7/10 to 1.2/10. It'd make sense if its accurate rating of 1.2 were outta 20, not 10.

I think I just become numb. This is the worst garbage I've ever seen.

Literally anything (except Shark Exorcist) is better than this horrible scum. What were they thinking? This has to be the worst animated movie (if you could call it that) of all time. The voice acting's bad, the plot's stupid, and the animation literally gave me nightmares! Avoid this movie at all costs!!!!

Worst Movie Ever!

Oh. My. GOD! This is the worst movie i've ever seen! It's worse than "Joshua and The Promised Land", worst than the "Leo the Lion" and worst THAN THE DINGO'S VERSION OF "Aladdin"!

Story: So first of all: the story. It doesn't make any sense. First, you talk about the life on farm and that there are humans in there. Like, seriosly, are humans friends with animals that lives on farm? Second, you talk about snake, with some collar that's actually supposed to be a phone, and he invites Walt (the main character) to become a star in Viperwood (Hollywood). The favorite part about this is how his mom is cool with it. Then, snake drives a car?! Like what?! I don't know how he does it because he doesn't have HANDS! Then they got to 2-star motel and then, they steal a room from.... ummm this part confuses me the most..... the aliens? Like first you say that humans exist, then so aliens? Characters appear out of nowhere! So I'm just going to say this: Snake is actually the villian and then he puts Walter into a trap. Luckily, his friends rescues Walter and some Bee stings the villian and the villian, screams like 10 seconds. Lastly, in the end, we learn about some random lesson about not lying. Um what?! This is a poor message to kids! Animation: It's bad. Like you have some characters that are from different movies: for example, the car the snake is driving it's from a movie called "A car's life" I think. Editing: It's bad! Dialouge: Just like the rest of the movie: it doesn't make any sense! Voice acting: Um... are the voice actors forced to record their voices and put in this movie? If yes, then they did a good job at being bad voice actors in the movie! Like 10 out of 10!

I don't blame voice actors, I mean, i'm sorry for them. But I am blaming the creators of this movie for making this movie in the first place.

The animations are the best I have ever witnessed; I have never watched such greatness in my life it included everything a great movie should include, song intervals, plot twists and an alien invasion .The story line was so original and definitely not a rip off of Charlotte's web and had better animations than Shrek . It deserves an Oscar. I can't get over the amazing exquisite graphics and animation of Walter Pembroke III, he is a great actor and I hope to see them in further movies like the next ice age movie.

This is one of the worst animated movies i have ever seen the animation is bad the voices are bad the story is confusing first they tailk about pies then farmers there are no farmers and then alians just come out of nowhere my biggest problem when Walt did that game show why did the spider say to him tell the truth you know the answer not knowing the answer for a question is not lying and when walt and the snake get in the car the snakes sister just drops down from the sky what the hell when walt got blown up that made no sense what so ever and one last thing how the hell can the snake drive a car

The animation looks like something from a PS1 Game cutscene, the dialogue is generic, the editing is.. WEIRD... BUT, the thing that stands out to me is the Plotline; IT GOES ALL OVER THE PLACE! You seriously can't understand what's going on or where You should look (to be honest, You shouldn't bother trying to look at it). This movie is mostly POINTLESS! Enough said.. this is torture, even for farm animals!! <:(
