The grifters set their sights on Anthony Westley, an American collector of Hollywood memorabilia. Posing as a vendor of such collectibles, with Arthur as his middle man, Danny tells Westley the famous "HOLLYWOOD" sign is available. Not having thought about it much before blurting out its availability, Danny, Arthur, Ash and Stacey soon find themselves in Los Angeles doing what they seem to do best - improvising and making it up as they go along. Westley is no fool however - he has a reputation for playing dirty and doesn't hesitate to break the law if it means he will get what he wants. He forces the hucksters to be nimble and overcome several barriers he puts in front of them but in the end, they show they've been one step ahead of him every step of the way. Written by garykmcd

Mcikey's Gone, but it's still got that Hollywood magic!
22 April 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I wasn't the only one who was a little worried at the start of this new season, Adrian has left and with him been probably the most important character on the show, i felt the show could struggle without him.

I WAS WRONG The shows magic hasn't gone, one of the best ideas the writers have ever had, hustle in Hollywood. and the cast didn't fail to deliver, Marc warren as Danny blue was very convincing as the gang's new leader and i felt this new role brought out more emotion in him, especially the scene when Danny left the limo and Stacie went to comfort him. Also ash and Albert on top from as usual, but the real surprise was Jaime Murray as Stacie, who for me particularly in series 3 wasn't at her best and didn't get much of the story. this time now there's only 4 members gave her a chance to shine with lots of different roles, i hope this continues for the rest of the season.

The whole build up to the ending was superb, with for the first time in hustle, lots of things go wrong and mistakes are made by the team, but they eventually deliver the goods with a story that i never saw coming. Although it wasn't the perfect ending to the episode, i feel if shows opener is anything to go by we are in for a great series 4.
