Very Good, Worzel

This was an entertaining episode. Lady Bloomsbury-Barton once again gets her comeuppance for her snobbishness and stinginess.

You are left wondering why Worzel Gummidge and Aunt Sally need to work to earn wages. He's meant to be a scarecrow.

Still both of them go to Fogg's employment agency. Worzel is looking for a paid to job so he can marry Aunt Sally. While she wants to go away to Egypt.

Luck has it that Lady Bloomsbury-Barton is looking for a temporary butler and maid as she throws a small dinner party.

Once again the gruesome twosome cause chaos and eat all the food.

It was never made clear if Lady Bloomsbury-Barton recognised Worzel Gummidge and Aunt Sally from her previous encounter with these two. There is indication she does but I was surprised she did not immediately throw them out.

John Le Mesurier guest stars as Baines, a proper butler.
