Nora suggests that everyone spend a last weekend at the ranch house, which has to be sold to help the business. None of the children is interested in being cooped up with 'the family' for a weekend, though. Nora asks David to help her retrieve a special wood panel from the house -- it contains the growing-up marks she recorded for the last 20 years. Soon after they arrive, the rest of the family all drop in, having expected to have the place to themselves. It's at the dinner that Tommy and Julia let slip that Tommy is sterile and has been turned down by Kevin for a sperm donation. Written by Ron Kerrigan <>

Minor plot point in November 5 episode
5 November 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I have a question that could be a spoiler, so only read on if you have seen it.

In the episode where everyone ends up at the ranch, a few guys stayed out in a place that I believe was called the "Bunkhouse." Did I hear the line correctly that Warren, David, & Scotty (was Justin in there, too?) stayed out there? If so, does that mean that Kevin and Scotty aren't sleeping together yet? And as long as we're on the subject, do you think Scotty and Kevin have a future? In some ways, Scotty's a better addition to the family than Kevin -- but, come to think of it, all the in-laws are pretty top-notch. And they don't have the baggage that the siblings and Nora have with each other.

I look forward to responses, especially to the clarification about who was with whom at the ranch and who was relegated to the Bunkhouse.
