The Munich cops in the Tatort series are still the ones who behave most outrageous. All other Tatort teams do have funny moments. This is part of their success. The more different the partners of a team are the more a screenwriter or director can do with them.
But in Munich they start behaving in a very ridiculous way, like this time one gets his beard caught in his electric razor, all three get knocked down by a suspect. Every five minute one of them looses his temper and explodes. More and more slapstick gets into the routine. The two main cops do wear a bandage or plaster on their head because of multiple attacks they experience throughout this episode. They sing children songs in the car. One of them has the title melody of the Tatort series as his cellular tone!
It looks like they hit the road of "Kottan ermittelt", only in a much slower way than that Austrian cop series. The story itself is still straight and convincing. Only the cops behave as if they would never catch any murderer the way they act. Glimpses of this direction can for example be found in the episodes "Nicht jugendfrei" and "Wenn Frauen Austern essen".
