Pusit slashes a dog in half with a sword.

Pusit's father stabs Pusit.

A cow is slaughtered with a samurai sword (offscreen). We see the bloody carcass and that the belly has been sliced open with entrails spilling out. We then cut to a shot of Pusit staggering down a hallway, shirt soaked with blood, chewing and eating the remainder of the entrails.

A man discovers the corpse of another man at the bottom of a well. He is told the body has been in there for ten days. the corpse is bloated, blackened with decay, and covered in maggots. The camera lingers several times on the rotted body, especially the maggot-infested face (very graphic). As the man tries to lift the corpse out of the water, he accidentally tears off one of the arms.
