An Ice cream seller is badly beaten, Tosh and Rod are on the case, but is it all about 99's, or something more serious?
Man cannot live by ice cream alone.
A pretty good episode, perhaps the weakest of this series so far, I liked the characters, Tony was pretty good for example, I just found some bits of the story a little hard to believe, and perhaps some of the links seemed a little tenuous.
Some good action scenes, particularly at the end, quite dramatic.
Rod seems to have turned a bit of a corner, he's been more likeable in the last few episodes, and that continues here.
Families, who needs them? 6/10.
