When House is trying to scam a clinic doc out of Vicodin, the clinic doctor declines because of the hospital's policy of not prescribing opiates to new patients. However, the doctor was ready to provide House Tylenol with codeine. Codeine is an opiate.
When House goes into Abigail's room to reveal the final correct diagnosis, places his Vicodin bottle on top of the monitor that he uses to point out the gland, the camera pans downward and if you pause on the top of the MRI screen, you see the patient's name on the right and the hospital's name on the left. The hospital's name is misspelled as Princeton "Plansboro" instead of "Plainsboro".
