A few mild sexual references.

Some female characters in the movie dress less modestly, revealing their breasts and legs. Nothing overly explicit, though.

The very beginning shows Joe Thiseman's horiffic football accident which forced him out of retirement, no graphic footage is shown, but we hear he got a compound fracture from this.

Michael fights with his old friends punching them and throwing them around. He tips sofas and chairs over and throws two of the thugs into a rail, which breaks.

A teenager and young boy get into a car accident. The boy has some blood on him, and the teenager's arm is rather bloody, but everything turns out okay.

Normal football violence, with tackling and pushing.

5 uses of 'ass' (towards men), 4 of 'bitch' (3 from antagonists, 1 from protagonist), and 1 of 'titty bar', 'panties in a wad', 'nigger' (antagonist), and 'son of a bitch'. Also 4 instances of 'hell', 3 of 'damn', 2 of 'God', and 1 of 'crap', and 1 of 'penis'.

The scene when Michael visits his old friends there is drinking and references to drugs.

Michael shows anger in one scene when visiting his old neighborhood friends. He gets into a fist fight with a guy who provokes him.

There is a car crash involving a teenager and a young boy, but they are not seriously injured, despite being somewhat bloodied.

The footage from Joe Thiseman's accident could be hard for some to watch, espesually those who saw the event live.
