June Blair's Debut
16 April 2008 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Dave and Rick both meet girls at a soda shoppe and pair off. Later, Rick does Dave a favor by baby-sitting so the latter can go out on a date. The kid Dave baby-sits tells him his sister is really more interested in him. That seems to be confirmed in the following days when the girl keeps running into Dave and showing interest in him.

Then, the problem occurs when Rick, who has to study for a big exam, ask Dave if he'll take out his girl. "Why, me?," says Dave who wants no part in stealing his brother's girlfriend (even though he's interested.) "Because you are the only one I trust," answers Rick. Oh, boy....now Dave has to really be on his best behavior.

How it all works out is the second half of the film. The ending will bring a little smile to your face.

Here's the real kicker: June Blair, who guest stars as "Jane," wound up marrying David a year later and becoming a semi-regular on the show for the next five years!

Overall, nothing outstanding but a pleasant episode.
