Moving documentary about several volunteers after the Katrina disaster.
This moving documentary traces the journey of a professional woman as she puts aside her very busy schedule to try and self doubt about her "people skills" to help some of the victims of the Katrina Hurricane right after the disaster. Along the way she meets several other volunteers on a similar mission to herself and she documents their story. The film is not only moving, but shows a very "behind the scenes" portrayal of the realities of the organizational issues behind the disaster relief. As well as encounters with the military, a brush President Bush and revealing a bit of the false portrayals in the media...very enlightening. Excellent documentary.
