Storyline

One day when Ted, Barney and Marshall are hanging out at the coffee house instead of the bar, they notice that the beautiful female barista seems to be into Marshall. With Marshall now being single, Ted and Barney encourage him to go after her. Chloe, as she is named, is indeed interested in him. But later when Marshall and Chloe run into Ted and Barney, Ted and Barney encourage Marshall to not date her. The reason?: she has "crazy eyes", which is indicative of a crazy personality. But Marshall doesn't heed their warning and goes out on a date with her. On their date, it's not Chloe that ends up coming off as crazy. Meanwhile, the gang are now calling Barney by a new name, a name that was written on his cup at the coffee house: Swarley. The more he says he hates the name, the more they all call him that and variations of it. Written by Huggo

Quotes

Ted Mosby: So I guess that decides it.
Marshall Eriksen: Yep.
Barney Stinson: Hanging out at a coffee place: not nearly as much fun as hanging out at a bar.
Ted Mosby: [Looks at Marshall's cup] Hey, what's that?
Marshall Eriksen: What?
Ted Mosby: That cute coffee girl wrote a heart by your name!
[in a sing-song voice]
Ted Mosby: Somebody has a crush on you!
Barney Stinson: [In a sing-song voice as well] Somebody thinks you're me!
Marshall Eriksen: Well, what if the heart doesn't mean anything? What if she writes them on all the cups?

One of the best episodes.

Plot In A Paragraph: Ted, Barney and Marshall are hanging out at a coffee house, they notice that Chloe the beautiful female serving them seems to be into Marshall. Ted and Barney encourage him to. But later when Marshall and Chloe run into Ted and Barney, Ted and Barney encourage Marshall to not date her, saying she has "crazy eyes", which is indicative of a crazy personality. But Marshall doesn't listen to their warnings and goes on a date with her. Meanwhile, the gang are now calling Barney by a new name, a name that was written on his cup at the coffee house by Chloe "Swarley". The more he says he hates the name, the more they all continue call him it.

Once again Neil Patrick Harris brings the laughs and Alyson Hannigan is also excellent again too!! She is quickly becoming my second favourite behind NPH.
