Nick Slater arrests a man for assault, then gives him a bit of counselling. Deakin leads a raid on a house, and finds something interesting in the takeaway.
They are really making hay out of Slater's inexperience, how does he tie his own shoelaces, let alone work as a Policeman, it may become tiresome soon. Still it's a good watch, not a heavy episode, it's jovial at times, until the rather grim ending that is. Do they really need to make him so stupid?
A pretty good episode, nice to see that CIF are finally operating as a unit again, no us and them culture, it feels like a team.
Pretty good, 7/10.
