In the first firing squad scene, Kevin Somers offers no resistance. Usually kids talk their way out, but not this time. Though the camera cuts away before the outcome is shown, all indications are that this is the first time a kid will be successfully shot.
When Christine gets her dress blown upward to the sound of an underground subway, it is an homage to Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch (1955).
This is the first of only two shows in the series to feature Les Lye as Producer R. Sole. The character name has since been edited from the show, including blurring the back of the chair that displayed his name.
