Basically,Adam starts to balk at the idea of a home-made mate,he says he won't love her like he loves Carolyn.. Nicholas talks Adam into going forward with the franken-chick,and convinces Adam that he just might be able to juggle franken-chick AND Carolyn both,if he merely trusts Nicholas and leaves the details to him. Well,how is Adam going to say no to that,when he has nobody at all now?
