In Christian's nightmares, Sean is gay but fails to take his advice how to score at a pool party. In the dream he either dies in the process, or turns out to be his own partner. Because their male nurse is sick, Julia hires Monica Wilder, who wants Sean to have sex again and makes him operate on her as payment. Sean now needs her eliminated. Christian refuses to pursue his loveless affair with Michelle, but her impotent husband Burt Landau found out and makes most unusual demands, inspired by Christian's lover-patient.
