Before watching this special, I had only seen Katt Williams in Friday After Next, where he played a pimp (a "profession" Williams practiced before his comedy career blew off).The Pimp Chronicles pt. 1 is probably one of the funniest specials I've seen in years. Chappelle's San Fransisco special was probably better, but this comes in at a good second place.Williams is a breath of fresh air in his timing alone, even though the themes are not as original - ranging from weed to ladies. It doesn't matter, at all. This guy is just funny in anything he says or does. These 45 minutes fly by way too quickly, and I seriously hope Williams will continue putting out great comedy in the years to come.9/10 - You're one funny pimp, Katt.
