When Stewie and Brian visit Gettysburg National Park there is an equestrian (rider mounted on a horse) statue visible in the background. That statue actually exists in the Gettysburg park. The statue is that of Confederate Lieutenant General James Longstreet (1821-1904) who commanded the First Army Corps during the battle of Gettysburg. See more
During the helicopter crash scene when Brian and Stewie are sliding down the mountain, the helicopter has 4 blades spinning on top, 2 pairs of 2 blades. Right before the sliding scene ends and they are thrown from the helicopter, two of the blades disappear out of nowhere without a trace. See more
