Tommy discovers his brothers Jimmy and Kevin are collecting Louie's gambling clients' dues, to which end they recruit former bookie Whitey at 10%. First big prey is Maxwell, Mary Jane's ex-addict husband, who counts on Tommy's soft spot for her to welsh out of paying $5,000. Jenny discovers her dad's firm's takings haven't been booked in the bank for months. Tommy tries to help everybody, but find loyalties incompatible.
