Silly Symphonies for the "Like, whatever" generation.

If you look at this show from a positive viewpoint, "Shorty McShort's Shorts" is a series that gives aspiring animators the chance to freely express themselves through the production of animated short films. Ah, who am I kidding? "Shorty McShort's Shorts" is just a five-minute time filler showcasing the failed TV show pilots by various would-be Flash cartoonists. The writing is bland and uninspired, with stories ranging from two boys searching for a bathroom, to a Yeti taking his kids to a school dance! Little effort seems to have been put into the animation, which is sad, considering this series was made by Disney. A majority of the voice actors are just Disney Channel regulars, such as Emily Osment from the immensely over-rated "Hannah Montana" and Brian Stepanek from the horrid sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody", among others.

In short (no pun intended), "Shorty McShort's Shorts" is one of the most tasteless and unimaginative animated shows I have ever laid eyes on. No wonder this series was, with the intended pun, 'short' lived.
