An incredibly sad story.

Down on his luck Mark Abbott is about to be knicked for threatening the gas man, but knowing Dave, he tries to sort things, once he's at liberty he pushes his luck.

It's like a League of Gentlemen Sketch, 'Ello Dave.'

I couldn't help but feel incredibly sorry for Mark, if something could have gone wrong for him, it did, clearly suffering with psychological issues, Mark perhaps needed some sort of psychological intervention early on, be perhaps shouldn't have been out on his own.

It's a true sign of how tough things were in 90's recession hit Britain, down on his luck Mark was just another statistic, it seems the only glimmer of light for him is Dave.

Andrew Paul is always so good, his acting is first rate here, as is Andrew Powell, he's brilliant here.

It's such a sad episode, 8/10.
