Factual errors: Kathryn's deputy DA boyfriend apparently is in charge of prosecuting the bank robbers. Typically, when an employee of a district attorney's office is the victim of a crime, prosecution of that crime is handled by another county's DA office to avoid any conflict of interest issues. At the very least, prosecution would not be handled by someone with a close, personal relationship with one of the victims. Even if the relationship with Kathryn is a secret, her prosecutor boyfriend has an ethical obligation to step aside as prosecutor.
