This movie was on the shelf in my local video store as one of the top Christmas movies, so I decided to rent it to watch with my kids. Bad idea. You think of Christmas movies as fun family fare, but this one has so much swearing and sexual innuendos, it's totally for adults...and it's hilarious. You have to get beyond the fact that it's made for peanuts, but once you do, you realize how funny these actors are. The main guy, James, gets hypnotized by a magician and starts causing havoc. I can see this one being remade with Jim Carrey next year. All in all, it's a low-budget movie with big-budget laughs. The lasagna scene is worth the rental alone.
