For micro-cinema, this film is really good. The plot was gripping and I loved the spooky, surreal build up to the surprise ending. The sets were good and the film makes great use of many beautiful places to film in Chicago. The overseas war zone was very believably done. The camera work and editing are nothing less than professional quality, and the same can be said for the acting. Now for some nitpicking. Sometimes the sound quality was inconsistent. In the climax, the film is very dark and one has to pay very close attention or one could easily miss what happened. I also felt the film went on a bit too long after the climax without anything essentially happening. Having said that, I would certainly recommend this film as an amazing example of micro-cinema at its best.
