Storyline

Set in early 1700s England, a mysterious stranger arrives in a remote village populated by highwaymen, whores and lowlife. He offers payment for certain 'papers' from a local Lord. Soon after, another stranger arrives ~ an attractive girl ~ looking for this very man. Neither she, nor the stranger, are what they seem.
