Weak cast makes for mediocre Playgirl video
1 September 2016 | by See all my reviews

One of the earliest Playgirl DVD compilations, "Playing Dirty and coming clean..." is ho-hum porn, released without any screen credits. It's a yawner.

There are eight segments plus Derrick Pierce in a bonus scene starring a vintage automobile. Sure its XXX rated, but plays soft.

The team of Voodoo & Nicole Sheridan deliver in a scene title "Dark Fantasies" in which their bedtime together is heightened by an imagined BDSM episode. Randy Spears plays a low-low budget imitation of Indiana Jones in "Escape from Danger" paired with obscure beauty Victoria van Helkine.

For sheer chutzpah, my favorite vignette is the finale "Gunslinger", a shootout between Marcus London and Selena Silver which adequately mocks the famous tight closeups montage approach invented 50 years back by Sergio Leone for his "Dollars" Westerns.

Nothing to write home about.
