Very Good, But Not The Best of Sarah
22 October 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

It's very difficult for a fanatical fan of Sarah Brightman like myself to imply a less than great review of her latest venture. Viewing Diva, I found so many distractions, it was impossible to enjoy her lovely voice without turning away. Her best moments are the toned down videos. Sarah Brightman has so many good qualities, her beautiful voice, her looks, the way she performs her music. A good portion of this video distracts from showing any of these great qualities. Her "Time To Say Goodby" with Buchelli was much to short, yet her "harem" and others were much to long. Of particular note was her semi nude version of her beautiful "Ave Maria". Even this was distracting in obviously a different way. This is strictly for Sarah Brightman fanatics like myself. One must see Sarah in concert to appreciate the way she can perform. Sarah, please no more distractions with your next venture!
