Last week the BBC led its bulletins for a whole day with the “news” that a 95-year-old man might retire. This week, courtesy of some marshmallow questioning on The One Show, we learned that another man likes ties. Alex Jones giggled winsomely about the Pm’s kitten heels, then turned to Theresa May’s husband. “What’s your shoe equivalent, Philip?” she beamed, with her big Welsh face.

The British Prime Minister, Theresa May, is notoriously known for her standout footwear choices. (Seriously, we haven’t been this captivated by a Brit’s shoes since Victoria Beckham’s gravity-defining high-heel days.) Has there ever been such a hotly anticipated final? Monkmania’s last hurrah was a nail-bitingly close match from two startling, near-omniscient teams

"He’s a wonderful man. It’s rare, I think, in our business when you meet somebody who’s a contemporary where there is literally no competition," Gyllenhaal shared during an appearance on U.K.'s The One Show. "It’s just a real love. I think that’s about just friends you meet at a certain time in your life. We met on this movie. We just became really close friends."
As for Reynolds, he can't stop gushing over his handsome co-star's culinary skills. “Blake [Lively], my wife, is very good at cooking, and Jake might be just a little bit better »
