The high rent district of Valley Creek apartments, seems to be a magnet for beautiful people....those who can afford to live there. But the rent has just gone up and it is costing residents their lives.

We have two detectives Kate & Mark who love to make appearances at every crime scene usually invaded first by their colleague & crime photographer Jeff. There's a weird landlord Beth who's' suspected to tick off her tenants one by one. Then the cops' boss Capt. Blake who's mostly grouchy & behind their backs to nab the killer soon. And ya, we also have a scrawny detective Billy who's shown just watching movies on TV that s**** :-)
The moment I saw the initial 30 seconds of the movie, I realised it's pointless to make sense of the story, rather sit back & enjoy the unintended comedy! There's enough nudity to spice up stuff but the movie's still boring thanks to lifeless performances. I think there was some decent acting though by Alicia Jenkins as the landlord and Larry Scott as Capt. Blake. And its surprising to know that the director Darla Enlow also acted as the lead detective Kate. She has some talent but has long way to go.
I really didn't understand the climax but it's alright. At least I could watch some hotties in their birthday suits err nearly :p And ya, if you wait till the credits, you'll get to watch some real funny stuff, better than the entire movie!
Verdict: A titillator stuff, oops thriller stuff hehe...
