I love Jimmy Carr, he is just so funny and dry. He is good in 8 out of 10 Cats as well. My friend lent me the DVD of his live stand up and it was very funny.
Some of his best jokes were: Swimming's good for you, especially if you're drowning, not only do you get a certificate, you also don't die: I was talking to a woman at one of my stand ups, I said where are you from, she replied outside Birmingham and I said that's funny, so am I, what part not in Birmingham are you from: He also embarrassed some audience members, he asked them if they are going out, they said no, they only have sex together, so he called them F**k Buddies. The woman said "My mothers got to watch this DVD" and Jimmy said "They'll find out there daughters a hussy".
Yes Jimmy Carr is crude, but he's funny. The very unfunny Chubby Brown and the even more unfunny Bernard Manning are crude but not the slightest bit funny, but Jimmy is.
